• Access codes: Course access codes you redeem to unlock content.

• Stripe: Processes payments securely. Stripe handles your card information — we never see or store it.
• Google / Apple: If you sign in using Google, they provide your basic profile information for authentication.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, device verification, and access controls to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

The App is intended for adults undertaking NPORS certification training. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The App does not use advertising cookies. We may use anonymous analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the App. Tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok) may be used solely to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
