Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Spartan Education NPORS Theory Test Apps account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the App (fastest)

1. Open the NPORS Theory Test Apps app on your device.
2. Sign in with your email and password.
3. Tap the Profile tab.
4. Scroll to the Privacy & Data section.
5. Tap Delete Account.
6. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete Permanently.

Your account, test history, and personal data will be removed immediately and you will be signed out.

Option 2 — By Email

If you can no longer access the app, email us atnick@spartan-education.comwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address registered to your account. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account email address and password.
• Your profile information (name and role).
• All practice test scores, answers, and progress data.
• Your device fingerprint record.
• Access codes you have redeemed.

What May Be Retained

We may retain anonymised purchase and transaction records for legal, tax, and accounting purposes for up to 6 years, as required by UK law. These records do not contain your personal data and cannot be used to identify you.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. Once processed, the deletion cannot be undone.
